Consultancy Service and Arb Reports

Expert advice backed by AQF Level 5 certification.

Urban Tree Care’s principal arborist, holds an AQF Level 5 qualification and offers expert consultancy services, including Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIA) to support development applications.

An AIA is required for any development project where construction or disturbance occurs

within the vicinity of existing trees.

This includes:

  • Trees marked on survey drawings

  • Proposed works near tree roots or canopy

  • Presence of protected or significant trees on-site

Our detailed reports help you meet council requirements while ensuring trees are assessed and managed appropriately throughout the development process.
